Neely Manison, the two-story Victorian Classic Revival farmhouse, was completed in 1894. It was constructed by Aaron and David Neely, early pioneers in the Green River Valley.
The Neely Mansion is listed on the National Register for Historic Places, the Washington State Register, and is also a designated King County Landmark. It is located just east of the Highway 18 Auburn-Black Diamond Road exit.
